Port Macquarie LEP 2011 Amendment No 28 seeks to make twenty eight (28) amendments to the LEP. These amendments constitute the following. Two (2) amendments to certain clauses including clause 1.2 Aims of the Plan which includes supplementary aims to clause 1.2(2) and changes to clause 4.1B Minimum subdivision lot size for certain split zones. Three (3) amendments to Part 2 - Land Use Table to amend permissible uses within the RU1 Primary Production, R1 General Residential and B7 Business Park zones. Additional clause 4.2C - boundary adjustments of land in certain rural, residential and environment protection zones.  Two (2) amendments to clause 7.5 Koala Habitat and clause 7.9 Development Subject to Acoustic Controls for consistency with the amended SEPP (Exempt and Complying) which commenced 22 February 2014.  An amendment to schedule 5, heritage listing - item correction. An amendment to zoning and land acquisitions maps to include the final boundaries for the Pacific Highway upgrade.  Amendments to the zoning, lot size and Koala habitat map to correct mapping boundaries for the Lake Innes Nature Reserve, Port Macquarie.  Five (5) amendments to the zoning and lot size map to rectify anomalies to reflect actual land use on the site or facilitate subdivision of properties which are currently prevented from subdividing due to incorrect boundaries or due to the limitation on variation of minimum lot size in the LEP. Three (3) amendments to lot size map to rectify anomalies and apply the correct minimum lot size or remove the minimum lot size to reflect the zoning on the land.  Three (3) amendments to the zoning and lot size map to correct boundaries errors on certain properties.  An amendment to the zoning map and lot size map on Crown land located at Laurieton from E3 Environmental management to E2 Environmental Conservation zone as it is not suitable for urban development.  An amendment to coastal erosion map to reflect changes from the Lake Cathie Coastal Zone Management Plan 2013 and remove 9 Kalang Street, Lake Cathie (Lot 17 DP 24185).  An amendment to acid sulfate soils map to reflect earthworks associated with development in proximity to Greenmeadows Drive, Port Macquarie.  An amendment to the height map for land located at Dicks Hill which is currently zoned E3 Environmental Management to reflect its location in close proximity to the beach. An amendment to the Koala habitat map to reflect recent changes to the KPoM at Lake Cathie and Bonny Hills; and  An amendment to the land acquisitions map to reflect land acquisition completion at Major Innes Road, Port Macquarie.
