The Planning Proposal seeks to rezone land at 23-27 Lytton Street Wentworthville from R2 Low Density Residential to R4 High Density Residential to permit development of a medical rehabilitation facility as permitted under the prescribed zone of the Infrastructure SEPP, and increase the maximum height of building controls from 9 metres to 15 metres, and increase maximum floor space ratio controls from 0.5: 1 to 1:1.
