Land currently zoned RU2 Rural Landscape at Boundary Road, Gulmarrad, is proposed to be zoned R5 Large Lot Residential to permit the development of a 48 lot rural residential subdivision, in conjunction with adjoining land already zoned R5. Part of the adjoining R5 land is proposed to be zoned E2 Environmental Conservation to protect a proposed drainage and biodiversity corridor.
