The objectives and intended outcomes from this Planning Proposal are to rezone the land from RU2 Rural Landscape to R2 Low Density Residential, with a portion of RE1 Public Recreation and to amend the Lot Size Map for the proposed R2 Low Density Residential zone from 40 hectares to 600m2, consistent with that prescribed for the bulk of the adjoining Chelsea Gardens Coomungie URA and to incorporate the subject land within the Chelsea Gardens Coomungie URA.
