Rezoning of 18 Highland Ridge Maclean

Clarence Valley

The proposal seeks to rectify a zoning anomaly by zoning land at the front of the lot 2(a) Residential and land at the rear of the lot 7(b) Environmental Protection (Conservation/Habitat). The anomaly arose as a result of an incorrect interpretation of the zone boundary during approval of the subdivision. The rezoning will enable the erection of a dwelling in the most suitable position on the site.
