The planning proposal seeks to rezone land from E3 Environmental Management to SP2 Infrastructure (Electricity Supply) and R2 Low Density Residential under Gosford Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2014 and apply the following development standards to the residential zoned land:- floor space ratio of 0.5:1, - maximum building height of 8.5m, - minimum lot size of 550m2.
