Draft amendment to Waverley LEP 1996 under section 73A of the EP&A Act. The purpose of the amendment is to correct a zoning map error. Waverley LEP 1996 zones No. 82-92 Gould Street, Bondi Beach as 5(a) Special Uses - Substation and the adjoining Substation 183 at 80 Gould St, is zoned 3(a) Business General. It is proposed to amend the map to indicate zone 3(a) Business General for 82-92 Gould St, Bondi Beach and zone 5(a) Special Uses - substation for the adjoining substation 183.
