Amend the HoB from part 33m &part 27m to part 110m & part 56m & amend FSR from 2.3:1 to 3.6:1 on the R4 zoned part of the site, reconfiguring of R4 & RE1 zones, amend schedule 1 of PLEP 2023 to restrict the maximum gross floor area of the parts of the building being used for shops, food and drink premises, business premises and recreation facilities (indoor) from a maximum GFA of 2,000m² to a maximum GFA of 2,600m² on the R4 zoned part of the site, amend the APU Map to align with the reconfigured zoning.
