Hollylea Road Planning Proposal
Campbelltown
The Hollylea Road Planning Proposal seeks to amend a number of LEP standards including the maximum height of building map, to provide a height limit of up to 43.0 m to the site, and also the Land Zoning Map to reflect a rezoning of the site to MU1 Mixed Use, RE1 Public Recreation and RE2 Private Recreation. These changes are being proposed in order to facilitate the mixed use development of the site.
