Change the zone and minimum lot size from RU2 Rural Landscape zone to RU5 Village zone and reduce the minimum lot size from 80ha to 4,000m2 to enable the development of dwelling houses on the lots under the UL LEP 2010. Change the zone and minimum lot size, and roads proposed to be closed from RU2 Rural Landscape zone to C3 Environmental Management zone and reduce the minimum lot size from 80ha to 10ha to enable permissible uses to be undertaken on the lots.
