The Leppington Town Centre Review Planning Proposal is a joint Planning Proposal between both Camden and Liverpool Council.
The Planning Proposal seeks to facilitate a shift for Leppington Town Centre from a largely employment-zoned business and industrial park, with pockets of separated medium density residential, to a highly integrated mixed-use Strategic Centre core.
The draft Planning Proposal seeks to deliver approximately:
10,500 dwellings;
11,000 jobs.
