The intent of this Planning Proposal is to amend Lot Size Map Sheet, Land Zoning Map Sheet, and the Terrestrial Biodiversity, Drinking Water Catchment, Riparian Lands and Watercourses of Coffs Harbour LEP 2013. The amendment will reduce the minimum lot size from 1 hectare to 5,000m2; adjust the existing R5 Large Lot Residential and C2 Environmental Conservation zones; and, adjust the area identified as “Biodiversity” on the Terrestrial Biodiversity Map.
