Canterbury Bankstown Council got a proposal for 1 Leicester Street, Chester Hill ('Chester Square') by Holdmark Group, aiming to amend the CBLEP:

Increase building height to 60m
Increase floor space ratio to 4:1
Introduce a site-specific clause:
Ensure solar access
Mandate 5% affordable housing
Require 8,300m2 employment space
Cap retail GFA at 12,400m2
Permit site-specific multi-dwelling housing.
This enables a mixed-use development: 515 dwellings, 12,400m2 retail, 1,218m2 commercial space, 2,000m2 public
