The subject land forms Stage 10 of the development of Lot 1 DP 1275060 where Stages 1 to 9 have either commenced construction or are the subject of current development applications to supply residential land. Registration of the subdivision of land has occurred since the lodgement of the Planning Proposal and the subject lot is now legally described as Lot 694 in DP1294243 243 Green Park Pde, WOONGARRAH NSW 2259 The planning proposal seeks to rezone part of the subject site to facilitate an expansion of the land zoned for residential subdivision that is currently zoned for MU1 purposes. The subject planning proposal seeks to rezone the E1 Local Centre Zone and MU1 Mixed Use Zoned land to R1 General Residential Zone for residential purposes. The PP will require amendments to CCLEP 2022 , including; Amend the CCLEP land use zone map from E1 Local Centre Zone and MU1 Mixed Use Zone to R1 General Residential Zone
