To amend the KLEP 2015 to modify Maximum Building Height – from 11.5m to 17.5m and FSR – from 0.85 to 1.5:1 to enable redevelopment of senior's housing. The SEPP (Housing) 2021 bonus will enable an additional 15% FSR and 3.8m height, resulting in Height 21.3m and FSR 1.725:1.
