Cabonne

Rezone part of the subject land from RU1 to R5 in accordance with the Cabonne Settlement Strategy recommendations. It is proposed to rezone Strategy Area CG1 from RU1 Primary Production to R5 Large Lot Residential with a Minimum Lot Size (MLS) of 2 hectares. The land that is not included in Strategy Area CG1 will remain as RU1 Primary Production with a MLS of 100 hectares
