Amendments to Thrumster Business Park

Port Macquarie-Hastings

Thrumster Business Park has planned for an area of approximately five and a half hectares of the Business Park, to change from the existing E4 – General Industrial Zone, to E3 – Productivity Support. Within this proposed E3 area, a small number of lots have been identified as being suitable for a Schedule 1 – Additional permitted uses to provide for shop top housing and serviced apartments.
