The purpose of this Proposal is to amend an Additional Permitted Use (APU) clause in Schedule 1 of Cessnock Local Environmental Plan (CLEP) 2011 and Additional Permitted Uses Map to expand an existing APU area, creating an approvals pathway for residential flat buildings within a larger defined area at The Vintage.
