LEP002/24 Kemsley Park Planning Proposal

Hawkesbury

To amend the Hawkesbury LEP2012 to achieve up to 350 new dwellings by rezoning the subject RU4 Primary Production Small Lots site to R2 Low Density Residential and R5 Large Lot Residential and RE1 Public Recreation space . To also amend the Minimum Lot Size provisions to a reduced lot size of 375m2 and amend the Additional Permitted use map to allow dual occupancy provisions and and include the subject site within the Urban Release Area Map.
