The objective of the proposed LEP amendment will be achieved by amending Coffs Harbour LEP 2013 as follows:
Formalising a current development that operates under existing use rights.
Amending the Land Zoning Map to rezone the site from R2 Low Density Residential to E1 Local Centre.
Amending the Lot Size Map by changing the minimum lot size applying to the site from 400 square metres to no minimum lot size, consistent with other land in Zone E1.
