Amending development standards for the Light Industrial zoned land in Austral

The objective of the Planning Proposal is to secure industrial land in Austral for industrial development through limiting non-industrial uses in the industrial zone. Current development standard will be amended to limit the size and scale of non-industrial uses.

The objectives will be achieved through adding a local provision (draft Clause 6.7) into Part 6 under Appendix 4 of the Western Parkland City SEPP. Floor Space Ratio Map of the SEPP will be amended to add reference to the newly added clause.
