C3 and C4 Zone Review and the revision of dual-occupancy controls

This Planning Proposal has been prepared by Sutherland Shire Council to amend the Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan 2015 (SSLEP2015). It makes changes to the planning framework for managing development in a small area of C3 Environmental Management and C4 Environmental Living zoned land within Sutherland Shire LGA, and by amending Clause 4.1(3C) and Clause 4.3(2B) of SSLEP2015.
