Planning Proposal - Stonequarry Creek Floodplain

The proposal seeks to amend WLEP 2011 by introducing a local clause that will provide considerations for future development in the Stonequarry Creek Floodplain. The Planning Proposal will apply to all land within the Stonequarry Creek Floodplain up to the Probable Maximum Flood extent and seeks to implement the findings and recommendations of the Stonequarry Creek Floodplain Risk Management Study and Plan that was adopted by Council in June, 2020.
