Canterbury Bankstown LEP 2023 ‘Deferred Matters’ Amendment Planning Proposal (Council Matters)

Canterbury-Bankstown

The Canterbury Bankstown LEP 2023 (CBLEP 2023) was published on NSW legislation website by the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure on 23 June 2023. Certain matters were deferred for resolution by the Department, including rectifying drafting errors, transferring planning controls, and requesting additional information. As a result, the Department allowed for this planning proposal to be drafted to address these issues, aligning with the Plan Finalisation Report (PP-2020-684).
