‘Deferred Matters’ Amendment Planning Proposal (Proponent initiated matters)
Canterbury-Bankstown
The CBLEP 2023 was released on June 23, 2023, by the DPHI. However, certain issues were deferred, including drafting errors, transferring planning controls, and requesting additional information. This planning proposal by the Canterbury Bankstown Council now addresses these deferred matters, aligned with the Department's Plan Finalisation Report (PP-2020-684). It also covers other deferred issues like minor LEP clause changes and adjustments to zoning and building controls for proponent initiated matters.
