This proposal will:- retain/reinstate the E3 Environmental Management zone to Lot 1 DP 335557;- rezone Lot 1 DP 652830 from SP2 Infrastructure - Road to E3 Environmental Management;- permit a function centre and tourist and visitor accommodation (with consent) on Lot 1 DP 335557 (within existing structures); and- apply a minimum lot size of 39.99ha and a maximum building height of 9m to Lot 1 DP 652830 (consistent with existing controls on Lot 1 DP 335557).
