The proposal seeks to amend Hurstville Local Environmental Plan 2012 by amending the LEP Land Reservation Acquisition Map and Clause 5.1 Relevant Acquisition Authority to facilitate a 3 metre wide local road widening of Roberts Lane, Hurstville at 53 Forest Road, 9 Roberts Lane and 108 Durham Street, enabling two-way vehicular access and a continuous pedestrian footpath along Roberts Lane.

This planning proposal is linked to the proposed rezoning and amendment to planning controls applying to the 'Landmark Square Precinct' planning proposal for land bounded by Forest Road, Durham Street and Roberts Lane (PP_2017_GRIVE_001_01).
