The planning proposal seeks to rezone land bounded by Sawyers Gully Road, Gingers Lane, Metcalfe Lane and Frame Drive from RU2 Rural Landscape to R2 Low Density Residential, R5 Large Lot Residential and E2 Environmental Conservation. The planning proposal will reduce the minimum lot size (in part) to 450m2, (in part) 1500m2 and 40ha . The area will be nominated as an Urban Release Area.
