Gunnedah LEP 2012 - Housekeeping LEP

This Planning Proposal seeks to:
1. Rezone land in South Street, Gunnedah from SP2 Infrastructure and RE1 Public Recreation to B6 Enterprise Corridor and R2 Low Density Residential and alter the floor space ratio and minimum lot size provisions of that land;
2. Rezone land on Wandobah Road from R5 Large Lot Residential to RE1 Public Recreation and some from RE1 Public Recreation to R5 Large Lot Residential and alter the minimum lot size provisions for that land;
3 Permit 'landscape material supplies' in the IN1 General Residential Zone and 'Farm Buildings' in the E3 Environmental Management Zone;
4. Introduce the B6 Enterprise Corridor Zone into the LEP; and
5. correct an error in the legend of the minimum lot size map series.
