Rezone the northern 17.13ha of the land from RU1 (Primary Production) to E4 (Environmental Living), and zone the rest of the land as E3 (Environmental Management).
Include a Schedule Amendment to provide that the subdivision of the land that is zoned E4 must be via Community Title Subdivision, and the land that is zoned E3 must be retained as ‘’association property’’ and a Biodiversity Stewardship Agreement registered over it.
