Planning Proposal - Mosman Scenic Protection Area

The Planning Proposal seeks to amend Mosman LEP 2012 by rezoning land within the Mosman Scenic Protection Area from Zone R2 Low Density Residential to Zone E4 Environmental Living, and associated amendments. No change is proposed to the permissible land uses, development standards or other planning controls that currently apply to the land. The land will remain a low-density residential area. The proposed change in zone recognises the significant scenic and landscape quality of Mosman's foreshore land.
