Planning proposal to rezone land at 4610 Kings Highway, Bungendore for residential development
Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional
The planning proposal seeks to amend the PLEP 2014 as follows:
- Rezone land from RU1 Primary Production to R2 Low Density Residential and RE1 Public Recreation
- Reduce the minimum lot size of land proposed to be rezoned R2 from 80 hectares to 850 square meters.
- Reduce the maximum building height from 10 metres to 8.5 metres.
- Remove the planning proposal site from the Lot Averaging Map
