Amendments to Land Use Zones from IN2 Light Industrial to B2 Local Centre and B5 Business Development. As part of the NSW Government Employment Zones Reform that will commence on 26 April 2023, the new zones, which are proposed in this Planning Proposal will be E1 Local Centre and E3 Productivity Support. The total area to be rezoned is approximately 66.86 Ha.
