S.73A Mapping Amendments to 30 Trevenar Street, Ashbury (SUPERSEDED by PP_2014_CANTE_002_00)

Proposed amendment to the land zoning and floor space ratio maps relating to 30 Trevenar Street, Ashbury for Canterbury LEP 2012 under section 73A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.As this matter was not considered appropriate for the use of clause 73A, Council was advised to submit a planning proposal, which was issued a Gateway certificate on 16 May 2014.
