This proposal seeks to rezone approximately 164ha of land from RU1 Primary Production, with a minimum lot size of 40ha, to RU6 Rural Transition, with lot sizes ranging from 750m2 to 10,000m2.

There is a small area of land zoned E3 Environmental Management along the western boundary of the subject land and it is proposed to retain the E3 zoning over this area.
