User acceptance testing is the final check to confirm that the Major Projects and NSW Planning Portals are functioning as they do today, following the upgrade to the system. This will be conducted from 30 June to 11 July 2025.
The department is conducting comprehensive testing of the various digital services, but you play a key role in reporting any unexpected behaviour before the upgraded portals go live.
As a user acceptance tester, you will:
- follow the test instructions provided by the department when testing your nominated service/s
- report any unexpected behaviour to the team by taking a screenshot and adding it to the excel test instruction file beside the relevant fail
- provide sign-off of your participating in the testing by 4pm on 11 July 2025
