I object to the proposed wind farm for a number of reasons. It will have a huge visual impact on our pristine rural outlook. The project is causing real neighbour and community disharmony. Those who are getting them only agree to them because they are being PAID. Another reason is that Ark Energy have not provided photomontages to effected land owners as they have proposed to (we have recorded evidence of this during a meeting in which they agreed to be recorded). There has been no care that koalas live in the area and will be greatly effected. We have many Wedgetail eagles that use the locations of the proposed turbines to soar and will be minced. We live in a high bushfire prone location and with turbines around NO helicopter water d rops will be possible, this puts human lives, property, pets, livestock and wild life at increased risk of bushfire. The proposed turbines are DOUBLE the height of existing wind farms in the area... there has not been any research into the repercussions of double the height of turbines and the effect on visual impact on the landscape, views, noise, fire hazard, danger to wildlife especially large raptor birds. The community has not been adequately been consulted as Ark Energy have neglected to follow through on promises to give photomontages and noise monitoring in locations with dwellings within 10km of a turbine. I will see about 20 turbines at various heights and my health concerns, fire hazard concerns, visual concerns and animal welfare concerns have been ignored. I and the local community will be at a great disadvantage if these 250 metre high turbines that add NO VALUE to the community go ahead.I VEHEMENTLY OBJECT TO THIS WIND FARM PROPOSAL

Hi Rebecca,

I am emailing you to submit my objection to the Burrendong Wind Farm Proposal. I visit and work on the property Warra Park as land management.

I request the removal 67,68,69 and 70 which are closest to the property for a number ofr easons including:

Eyesore
Increased Fire hazard - this is a serious concern and must be addressed and considered top priority
Affect on wildlife: I witness wedge tail eagles, hawks, red tailed black cockatoos, micro bats and koalas during my work and are deeply concerned about the negative effects the turbines will have on their populations.
