I was not made aware of this massive town centre proposal when I bought my house in this area, the first proposal was bad enough and now there money hungry developers want to expand and maximise profits by building a Big W and multi level carpark which will absolutely swamp my street with traffic and anti social behaviour as these types of precincts near train stations are magnets for crime and illegal dumping of shopping trolleys and noise issues at night and day so please take this project elsewhere.
