Council considers the Environmental Assessment adequately highlights the relevant issues, and has no objection to the project subject to Council’s original conditions remaining on the consents and the inclusion of the following additional condition:
Any new pipeline or works along Council’s road systems (including but not limited to; Wolgan Road, Skelly Road and Brays Lane) will be required to submit a Temporary Road/Footpath Closure Application Form along with a Traffic Management Plan. This will need to be submitted to Council at least 4 weeks prior to works commencing.
