I refer to your below email of 1 May 2023 regarding the request to modify State Significant Development SSD-17491477-Mod-1 Lang Walker AO Medical Research Building – Macarthur by ‘Deletion of Level 02 and the Level 00 terrace, internal reconfiguration and reduction in total floor area, facade amendments, reduced Village Green size and relocation of plant to roof level’ at Campbelltown Hospital, Therry Road, Campbelltown (Lot 2 DP 1261062) in the Campbelltown City Local Government Area (LGA). Submissions need to be made to the Department by 16 May 2023.
Please refer to Endeavour Energy’s previous submission made to the Department on:
• 19 April 2021 for the Secretary’s Environmental Assessment Requirements (SEARs) for State Significant Development State Significant Development SSD-17491477 Macarthur Medical Research Centre for ‘Demolition of existing at-grade helicopter pad, excavation and the construction of a four-storey medical research facility (MMRC) with bridge links to Building D and Macarthur Clinical School. The proposal includes ancillary landscaping and signage’
• 19 November 2021 regarding the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for State Significant Development SSD-17491477 Lang Walker AO Medical Research Building – Macarthur for ‘Demolition of the existing helicopter landing site, bulk earthworks and construction and operation of a five-storey medical research facility with bridge links to Building D and the Macarthur Clinical School and ancillary retail use and landscaping’.
The Utilities Impact Statement for SSD-17491477-Mod-1 includes the following advice:


Accordingly the applicant will need to complete the application for connection of load process with Endeavour Energy’s Customer Network Solutions Branch the contact detail for which are provided below.
Based on and subject to the foregoing Endeavour Energy has no objection to the Development Application.
