I strongly object to any clearing of vegetation and also to the construction of a freight village with other retail facilities to be made available. All these proposals in this application should be denied on the basis of the impact on local traffic, local residents, schools, aged care facilities, etc.
You cannot possibly allow such a project to operate 24/7 in such a high residential area and so close to a bio diverse area along the Georges River. So much has been done to clean up the river and make it a more beautiful area, and to have an itermodal terminal situated right on the banks of the river would be scandalous.
I vehemently object to this entire project.

I object to the noted amendment on the grounds that the nitre development is not suitable in close proximity to a residential area.

The increased traffic load and alienation of public riverfront space is unconscionable. Stop this obscene idea

The residents of Wattle Grove, Moorebank, Chipping Norton and Holsworthy will be seriously affected if this project goes ahead. It would be a monstrous destruction of their good faith in building, developing and living in these suburbs. We will hear the trains and crash of containers beyond the Whitlam Centre. A travesty of trust.

As I am commuter on these arterial roads we don't want this project to go ahead in our community and it doesn't t matter how much you put in statements documents explaining how when why, we don't want it at all.
The people who sign of this first isn't even on as political people anymore mr Conroy has gone and I don't know the other two but we don't need this project in our community.
How much time with meetings forum do we have to listen to you and now it time you listen to us as community we don't want it the traffic studies are wrong it is more traffic on New-Bridge Road Moorebank Avenue on afternoon five days a weeks do you travel on these roads probably not because you get drivers take you places etc.
All these document s stating when where how it is going to be down take it away from Moorebank Newbridge road and all the road are linked; and go Badgery' s Creek.
I am appalled in what is going on with SIMTA and these environment projects because if you haven't notice in Chipping Norton there is miles of industrial area of long B W trucks with containers in the factories , go down Marigold street of Newbridge Road and see the container shipping by road and see what you see trucks coming in and out of driveways with big trailers. Also go down Govenrment Macuqarie drive and see it there as well.
People like you need to visit these places and see for yourselves in these areas.
What does it take for you people this company Department environment and planning ,SIMTA to stop you have got permission from Liverpool Council to do this it is only Federal and State who have funded the money to you which the 70 billion could to go somewhere else; what does it take for you people to see what is happen to our community falling apart from the side.
No deal I am saying No Deal at all ; I am a commuter who travels these roads it hard enough to day and now see my poor mother in hostel at Peakhurst and don't tell me to take the motorway because it is chocked and you are going to chocked our roads from Newbridge road and Moorebank avenue you are polluting the aboriginal land who did claim back in the old days and you want to spoil our heritage on doing this it is not on and I am going to write emails whenever I see an article and you are going to take that article and go with it to your head and tell deal is off in our community people are speaking out you are all ignoring what our community are tired of it the groups we are fighting we are tired of it; they ask us to write submissions people you like to stop.
Nothing gets done about so madam I ask re think of this and don't go ahead because the people who sign of this deal don't know what they are doing both labor and liberal so the one who sign on these submissions are not there anymore so you need to go the back to the drawing board and think again and stop this intermodal now before it is too late on everyone in the areas especially our heritage building for Casula museum you are going to take that away you people are not listening to us community and you need too.
SIMTA and the other companies shouldn't have sign off at Christmas so sneaking on your part while everyone was away they come out to play and sign on the no deal as I note as it no Deal at all.
Even the council doesn't approve of it and there the main one s are objecting what does it take you labor and liberal policiticans in this environment department isn't listening you have never haves listen just keep going.
It is disgusting how this company has just gone ahead and be determined on this it is like a child with a lolly pop and if you don't give to the child they cry well. This is what is like like children in a playground the whole things is stupid. It has stop and stop as community person and commuter you going to stop this project by the end of 2017 it will be stalled by Liverpool council because we are not going to vote for these people ever again independent are better and Greens would nt approve either because the greens touch there land going what a pitiful situtation this area is coming poor Moorebank and surrounding areas we are going to have more trucks up our street Epsom Road it will be congested as well if other arterial roads going to be blocked.
So that is my submission but I don't have any hope that it is going to be stop because SIMTA is quiet determine as the intro sees.
Regards
Mrs C Yuile
Commuter.

The land can be better used for alternative uses, and the Intermodal should be located where it is required.
The NSW Government has not allocated any funds for the required infrastructure to establish the Intermodal.
