RE: Response to the North West Rail Link (NWRL) - Environmental Impact Statement 1 (EIS1)

Dear Sir/Madam

This is a submission opposing the proposal made by NWRL representatives on the 19th April 2012 Construction traffic meeting in response to the Additional Construction Zone to be incorporated into the footprint of Cherrybrook station with the subsequent potential for development of Robert road Cherrybrook tobecome a feeder road to Cherrybrook station.

As residents of Robert road whilst we do not object to the additional construction zone to be incorporated into the footprint of the station we are deeply concerned for the proposal to change the current low traffic capacity of Robert road to the high traffic flow created by a feeder road.

Attached is our submission outlining the impact such a conversion will bring to our community and request these to be reconsidered by the NWRL group.

Kind regards,

Maria and Kevin Lategan

Dear Director

Please find attached a suggested improvement to the road alignment at Cherrybrook Station. I feel that this would enhance the future traffic flow and safety in the area which I would like to support as part of this submission to the EIS process.

Dear Sir/Madam

With regard to a study done in terms of noise and vibration we as owners of a residence on Castle Howard Road have a submission to make. As we understood the study let
The Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) contains detailed noise and vibration assessments and management strategies for each construction site.
Detailed Vegetation Management Plans will be prepared for sites close to Environmentally Endangered Communities (EEC's). All work sites will have ongoing inspections to ensure compliance with these plans and other Environmental Management Plans.

Please find attached our submission as a direct response to the study. We would appreciate any response you may have to the submission in email since we are currently overseas.

thanks and regards
