Pyrmont Peninsula sub-precinct master plans

City Of Sydney

The Pyrmont Peninsula sub-precinct master plans are on exhibition for public comment until 04 February 2022.

The master plans build on the priorities set out in the Pyrmont Peninsula Place Strategy and provide high-level guidance on how the seven sub-precincts could develop over the next 20 years to create unique and liveable places.

We are also exhibiting proposed planning controls for two key sites, The Star and University of Technology, Sydney, and the two Metro station sites. The planning controls provide height and floor space ratio controls and will guide future levels of density.

We look forward to receiving your feedback, which will help us finalise the master plans and shape the future of Pyrmont.

You can also make a submission on the Pyrmont Peninsula Special Infrastructure Contribution.
