How to participate in user acceptance testing
Step 1. | Attend the online briefing session for an overview of the UAT process. Can’t make it? Not a problem, the information discussed is on this hub. |
---|---|
Step 2. | When you receive the ‘UAT has commenced’ email on 30 June 2025, allocate the scenarios to your colleagues, if relevant, and commence testing. Note: Testing can be completed at any time before 4pm on 11 July 2025. |
Step 3. |
As you complete the assigned test scenarios, update the relevant excel document to note the pass/fail rating for each scenario. If you experience an outcome different to that within the excel, please log the matter for investigation by the team. To do this, add a screenshot beside the relevant failed step and a short description of what occurred. Please save the completed excel file using the naming convention [your name] - [service] - Test instructions_[ddmmyyyy]. For example: John Citizen – Development application – Test instructions_30062025. Once saved, email the completed excel file to [email protected] . |
Step 4. |
Once the test scenarios assigned to your organisation have been completed, submit the online test outcome form and attach your completed excel file/s. Note: If you do not complete all test scenarios within the timeframe, please submit what has been completed by 4pm on 11 July 2025. If you have trouble uploading the excel files, please email them to [email protected] |

4. |
Provide details to assist the team with their investigation such as:

The PEGA upgrade technical team will investigate the logged issue and identify whether it is an existing issue or something that has been caused by the system upgrade.
Note: If this is an existing issue, this will not be addressed as part of the PEGA system upgrade.
