HVO and coal mining in the Hunter Valley has been a critical part of the community for years, creating jobs for people and supporting communities by extracting resources needed by everyone for daily life.

As an employee of HVO this is very important for not just me but my family. I spend a lot of my wage on local cafes, restaurants suppliers etc in the area that I know helps keep the local economy going.

Hvo is a mine that’s support a lot of jobs in the hunter both directly and indirectly my family relies on that to support us
