I Object to Bullawah Wind Electricity Generating Works & BESS as I am extremely concerned for the great loss of farming land and land for animal life!
When we lose endangered animals they are gone!

I also feel farmers are not protected from malpractice when they lease their land to big companies. My information tells me that their contracts do not protect farmers from having to dispose later of any waste.
The Government must responsibly ensure that overseas investors do not contribute to the waste challenges we already have, but as it stands this has not been adequately put in place at all.

I am very unhappy that there is no opportunity for open debate on this venture that will change the life of all Australians.
The fact is that wind ‘farms’ will not bring enough energy to supply ordinary Australians. They have not been proven to deliver continuous supply - 30% efficient is not good enough!

The fact is energy costs will rise for ordinary, already struggling householders.

I Object to Bullawah Wind Electricity Generating Works & BESS on the following grounds:
* * It is destructive to native flora and fauna;
* * Construction will leave a legacy of land destruction that is unlikely to be rectified by the builder;
* * It is an abomination on the natural landscape;
* * It is part of a system that costs billions, does not work reliably and attempts to solve a problem that does not exist, in other words useless and irresponsible use of public funds;
* * All such infrastructures should be built at developer’s expense, NOT on public funds.
* We are told wind and solar are the cheapest, well prove it, remove all subsidises - do not build this system on public funds;
* * The TOTAL cost has not been verified by independent experts.
* * There is NO verified scientific basis for reduction of CO2 in the atmosphere so this project is a total waste of public money, along with all other such projects.  There is in fact reliable verifiable scientific proof that CO2 is beneficial to plant life and by extension to human life on earth.

As I drive around the country side with my work. Im concerned about there fire hazard. there are many reports of fire caused by these turbines. How are the fire to be fought on the days we have hot northerly winds? Will the company be available to send firefighters to the places they are needed?

Bisphenol A is a known endocrine disruptor. It’s not safe for anyone, especially growing children. Our plains is a sanctuary for wildlife. The turbines will destroy their habitats and disrupt migration patterns, The Plains Wander in already on the endangered list.

Turbines will kill local bird species, some of which are already endangered. The many raptors that call our area home will have their population destroyed by these industrial machines . Bisphenol A could seep into our rivers and destroy aquatic life, including vulnerable fish species. For example the Wedge-Tailed Eagle, Regent Honeyeater and the Murray River Cod

Bisphenol A is a forever chemical. I’m deeply concerned about the impact on our water supply and the food chain. Once BPA gets in to the water ways and food chain, there’s no way to remove it.

Bisphenol A is a serious health risk for our children. I don’t want my family exposed to this toxic chemical. I do not consent to being exposed to Bisphenol A . BPA was banned in Australia in 2012. Why do you as a foreign company get the break standards which have been in place for over a decade. BPA is a Neurotoxin causing endocrine disruption. I do not consent to myself or my children being exposed to Bisphenol A.

How are this proposed energy generation producers going to be connected to the grid? How are any to be connected to the grid?

This project destroys the out look forever. Kills bird life. Noise upsets all animals and birds.
Its being established in an area where the Plains Wanderer bird resides. A PROTECTED bird which could make it extinct!!!!
All the roads required will alter the natural landscape and affect the natural overland water flow forever.
These projects being owned by foreign companies is not good for Australia . They are only here because of huge subsidies fro the TAXPAYER !!

The amount of natural resources needed to complete the project are a drain on our environment, not green energy in any way!!
They are a blight on God's country land.
They are not friendly to our flora OR fauna and will interact in with our environment with far more harm than is being disclosed, by way of seismic vibrations, and the constant noise emitted.

As a lifetime grazier in the district of which 3 generations of my family have or hold properties, I believe this to be the biggest assault on our land to date! Our land is of the very best food producing soils in Australia and to reduce it to contaminated waste is a slap in the face to our veterans. Until there is a bond provided for the decommissioning of the sites, we cannot trust that the lands will be returned to their former pristine condition for the purpose of food production. For this reason I do not support wind turbines.
