Due to Highway activities I am concerned of following issues affecting my Home & Property.
1. Normal Flow of water from South-East to North West and North East
2. Increased noise level to my home and boundary of property.
3. Increased activities of wild-life on my property.
4. Increased level of vibrations
5. Increased level of fossil fuel exhaust smoke and smog
6. Adverse impact of continuous traffic lights at night affecting daylength requirements of plants and trees.
6 Currently the site near my property is full of weeds and uncultivated plants blocking free flow of rain water and creating seed bank for these plants. This needs urgent attention.
7. Fence line between the properties needs urgent attentions.

Continuing from my earlier communication, could I please reiterate here that 245A Woodburn Evans Head Rd Woodburn NSW 2472 is a Rural Residential Property and any increased noise could affect future dwelling in cleared and uncleared areas of the property.
I would appreciate including this statement in my earlier submission please.

Please note that we have again been flooded on Friday night and my family had to be evacuated by emergency services. This is due to the changes the RMS made to the road as part of the Blackadder Safety Initiative Project. I am meeting with John Alexander tomorrow morning to discuss this side of the issue but I must insist that the additional flood event is seriously taken into consideration as part of the new highway project. The RMS are very well aware that their models do not show accurately what happened at the last event on 26 January 2012. Many thanks, Danielle
