  • amended access from Racecourse Road, to include only left-in and left-out
  • construction and operation of a mixed use building providing:

    • 2 retail tenancies including a showroom and café
    • 130 car parking spaces with additional bicycle and motorbike parking
  • ancillary works including landscaping, hotel signage and utilities works
