The surrounding roads and pathways are not large enough for a development of this size given that once the development is completed it will attract a lot more traffic . Also too close to surrounding homes. Most schools of this size have a lot more land to enable buffer zones between houses and schools

The area of Beaumont hills/north Kellyville is busy enough. A school with 1000 added children will add to the delays already around the area. There are no housing and roads available to support this project.

There is no way this upgrade can be approved. The area cant already support the amount of cars on the road due to the poor state gov planning and lack of care for the area. They are more than happy to dump huge amounts of apartments in Norwest Sydney but not upgrade the roads to 4 and 6 lanes wide. It's absolutely pathetic.
To expand this school to allow triple the amount of students and increase the traffic in the area without expanding the roads is absurd. Bet you believe it. All those types of parents drive their kids to school as well and don't catch public transport.

Currently living on Mungerie Road and I am concerned the current infrastructure surrounding the proposed project will not be able to handle the increase in students and cars along mungerie road and surrounding roads and streets - already traffic is ridiculous in the school morning and afternoon period the surrounding infrastructure needs to be updated before any new projects like this should take place.

The traffic in the area is already diabolical, adding a bigger school increases the numbers therefore the traffic will increase and be much worse.
There is no need for a bigger school or adjusting the school size.
The infrastructure does not support the change in the school - other schools are around that hold larger numbers of students.
Within a few kms there are 4 schools close by the traffic is horrendous AM or PM you can not drive freely without sitting in traffic and not moving.
I strongly object to the change in the school allowing the increase of students to the area is not necessary.

The surroudning infrastructure is not built to accomodate the expansion of the school. Currently the traffic is very bad that we struggle to pass through withers road while commuting. Plus no traffic rules are followed during school hours. The expansion may cuase more chaos and delays for the residents.

The main entrance to Malek Fahd school is on Mungerie Rd. This road is single lane each way with no space on either side of the road for cars to pass around. At present, cars travelling west along Mungerie cannot turn right into the school as there is a median strip preventing the right hand turn. Cars coming from the east therefore have to continue to the roundabout on Withers Rd and do a U turn in order to enter the school. During school drop off and pick up times, this causes a backlog of cars wanting to turn left into the school blocking any other cars travelling east on Mungerie Rd. You cannot overtake these cars as it is single lane and on a bend. The school did put in a side lane to try and prevent cars blocking Mungerie, however this side lane is not long enough. In addition, parents park on the dirt council strip opposite the school and I've witnessed many near misses where children dash across the road to where their parent is (illegally) parked. My fear is, with the expansion of the school, the existing infrastructure (Mungerie Rd) is not suitable to support the increased number of cars should the school expand. Should the infrastructure be upgraded to handle the additional traffic, I would have no objection to the expansion of the school.

It will cause major impact on roads and traffic. It is already congested especially during morning and afternoon peak hours. The school needs to relocate and buy bigger land if they want to expand . The propery is within the residential area where road access is limited causing traffic, noise, and the impact on wild animal around the reserve. Im not against the school, but expanding is a BIG NO. I was told before their previous application was denied because of the impact in the area.

The traffic congestion on Mungerie Rd as a result of this school is already an issue. Mornings and afternoons sees drop off and pick up cause bottle neck across roundabout on corner of Mungerie and Withers Rd. Additional parling will not alleviate this as parents do drop and go. They do not stay.
Getting out of Guardian Ave in the morning is a nightmare already. At least consider putting lights in at Guardian Ave exit as well as get rid of round about on Withers and Mungerie and put lights there too.
Additionally, the school already has homes backing on to it. a 3 storey prayer roo will breach the privacy of those homes backyards

The streets in our suburb are already too conjusted and making a bigger school is not helping the cause. The reason we moved here was because it was a quiet suburb but recently its difficult to even park or go around this school no t to forget damage to cars parked in people's own drive ways and breakins. Also, to have a school inside a totally residential place is totally uncalled for. Parents park their cars all around the roads, kids cross the streets. Having a school next to homes is totally unsafe and we always fear of any accidents. The school is close to two major roundabouts which always get clogged during school times. I strongly believe that the school should be shifted to an area which has a major road and not inside a residential area.

There are 4 schools in surrounding areas. Expansion of this will increase traffic and increase congestion in the area. And also increases noise pollution in the area. The Rise - street is facing a lot of congestion already, traffic congestion built up to 50 to 100m on the street for few hours in the morning and afternoon during the school hours.

One of the primary concerns regarding the proposed Malek Fahd Beaumont Hills school project is the significant increase in traffic congestion on Withers Road during the normal school season. This road is already heavily utilized by residents, commuters, and existing school traffic. Adding another school will exacerbate the situation, leading to several negative consequences:
Increased Traffic Delays: Withers Road is a major thoroughfare, and the addition of Malek Fahd Beaumont Hills school will result in more vehicles, including school buses, parent drop-offs, and staff commuting. This will inevitably lead to longer travel times and increased delays for all road users.
Safety Concerns: Higher traffic volumes increase the risk of accidents, particularly in school zones where children are crossing the road. The safety of students, parents, and local residents could be compromised due to the increased likelihood of traffic incidents.
Environmental Impact: More traffic means higher emissions and increased air pollution in the area. This can have adverse effects on the health of residents, particularly children who are more vulnerable to air quality issues.
Quality of Life: The increased congestion and noise from additional traffic can negatively impact the quality of life for residents living near Withers Road. It can lead to frustration and stress for those who rely on this route for their daily commute.

The traffic on that road is already a mess. It takes half an hour to get out during school and work hours. This kind of rubbish traffic has caused great suffering to the residents of North Kellyville. I have no idea what the people in the council are doing. There are schools at all exits of a district, and the road design is becoming more and more unreasonable. Now North Kellyville is famous for its traffic jams in Sydney, and more and more people are moving away. Now they are still thinking about expanding various things. Can this area support so many people? Unless you spend money to repair the road first, don't always think about approving expansions in various places.

I disagree with the expansion of the school for the following reasons. First, the expansion will inevitably lead to an increase in the number of students, which will worsen the traffic congestion at the school gate. The road in front of the school is a single lane, and the traffic jams during rush hours are already severe. Second, the expansion will cause noise and environmental pollution. The noise during students’ activities in the daytime is already quite disturbing. Lastly, the expansion will block natural light. Therefore, I do not support the school’s expansion.

I am strongly against this project of expansion as I believe it will negatively affect my lifestyle as a local resident. The expansion of this school will lead to a lot of unwanted noise and trouble during the process as well as the resulting primary school. This project will cause the surrounding area's residents to experience unnecessary troubles and is against my rights as a local citizen. Thus, I disapprove of this project and hope that it will not be taken into action.
