- Select ‘Edit applicant details’ or ‘Edit council entered information’ option from the Actions button in the top right-hand corner
- Edit the incorrect information and complete the process.

What additional editing capabilities will be available to council users during the Online DA assessment process from 26 September 2025?
Following consultation with council stakeholders, assigned council users will be able to edit additional applicant-provided responses and selected council-entered fields during the assessment process of the Online DA service. These changes will take effect from 26 September 2025.
